Stock Photos & Royalty Free Image Guidelines

If you would like for us to create custom photos for your website, here is a few guidelines to understand before submitting a request for Royalty Free Stock Photos.

1. Every CasaDePhotos.com photograph used must retain the "invisible watermark" name: CasaDePhotos.com when used on the internet, in a web page, in printed publications, or in any product, advertising, or packaging.

2. CasaDePhotos.com images may be used for both personal and commercial applications. Any publication or product they appear in may be sold or distributed in any way an unlimited number of times as long as the photographs alone are not offered as stock, art, or photography prints or digital files for sale.

3. No stock photography agency, photography business, news service, or any one else engaged in distributing or selling photographs as single, stock, or news images can distribute, use, sell, or archive any of CasaDePhoto.com's photographs without permission of and payment of royalties and fees to the owners of the copyrights or their agent.

Terms of Use

Please read these terms carefully. We have tried to keep them as brief as possible.

Websites - commercial and non-commercial

If you use a free image on a website, you must place a text hyperlink on that website to CasaDePhotos.com. This includes forums, blogs and networking sites such as MySpace. To add a link to CasaDePhotos.com, click Link To Us.

Printed media, including newspapers and magazines

If you use a free image or copy an image from this website and use it in any printed media, you must credit CasaDePhotos.com as the image source.

Video productions

If you use a free image in video productions, you must credit CasaDePhotos.com as the image source.

Other acceptable uses

PowerPoint, Word and other end-user applications
educational projects / teaching aids
artist's reference
greeting cards (personal use only)
PhotoShop projects; images may be manipulated and changed

Unacceptable use

You must not:

offer the images for sale or distribution
claim them as your own work
use them for greeting cards which you then sell
